Basketball
Jan. 3 – Feb. 21, 2026, Saturday Mornings
Ages 5 and up: 10-11am
Location: Valley Shore YMCA
Registration Fee: $50/person
Our Winter basketball programs runs Saturday mornings from Jan. 3 to Feb. 21. Ages 5 and up meet from 10-11am at the Valley Shore YMCA, 201 Spencer Plains Road, Westbrook, CT.
This program is open to all area athletes, and the registration fee is $50/person.
Basketball: Session 2
March 2-April 20, 2026, Monday Evenings
Ages 5-12: 6-7pm
Ages 13+: 7:15-8:15pm
Location: East Lyme Middle School, 31 Society Road, Niantic
Registration Fee: $50/person
Our late winter/early spring basketball programs run Monday evenings from March 2-April 20. Ages 5-12 and up meet from 6-7pm and ages 13 and up meet from 7:15-8:15 at the East Lyme Middle School, 31 Society Road, Niantic, CT.
This program is open to all area athletes, and the registration fee is $50/person.

Tennis Pals
Jan. 3 – Feb. 28, 2026, Saturday Mornings
Ages 8 and up: 8-9am
Location: Lyme Shores Racquet Club, 22 Colton Road, East Lyme
Registration Fee: $50/person
The mission of Tennis Pals is to introduce the physical, mental, and social benefits of tennis to youth and young adults with special needs including physical, cognitive, and/or developmental challenges. Tennis PALS provides a fun, supportive, and adaptive environment. We will do our best to make the game adaptable for any individual.
This program is run by local tennis pros and student volunteers. T-shirts and all equipment will be provided.
This program is open to all area athletes, and the registration fee is $50/person.
SHINE Dance
Thursdays, Jan. 8 – Feb. 12
Ages 6+: 5:30-6:15pm
Registration Fee: $40 for 6 classes
SHINE Dance is run in partnership with the Eastern Connecticut Ballet Studios. The program is open to all area participants ages 6 and above.
The fee for the program is $40 for 6 classes and meets at the ECB Studios, 435 Boston Post Road, East Lyme.
